چکیده
In this work, we recruited CD105 and CD90 markers to identify the endometrial stem cells (EnSCs) in human uterine endometrium. Fifty specimens have been extracted from twenty-five deceased women. All embedded paraffin block prepared for immune-histochemical processing. The expression of was counted per high power field (HPF). Paired sample t-test used compare means between groups age variables. Statistical analysis conducted using “SPSS16 software" statistical significance considered at less than 0.05. Results paired showed that count (EC) Basalis layer (with CD105) 5.26 points higher Functionalis (95% CI [3.43, 7.09]) correlation strongly positively related (r = 0.829, P < 0.001). متن کاملDifferentiating mouse embryonic stem cells express markers of human endometrium
BACKGROUND Modeling early endometrial differentiation is a crucial step towards understanding the divergent pathways between normal and ectopic endometrial development as seen in endometriosis. METHODS To investigate these pathways, mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) and embryoid bodies (EBs) were differentiated in standard EB medium (EBM). Immunofluorescence (IF) staining and reverse-transcr...

The use of animal models in modeling of human genetic disease has many advantages. In some cases, however, this method may not be applicable due to some limitations, such as differences in tissue composition, anatomy and physiology of humans and animals. Isogenic human disease models are a population of cells that are selected or engineered to model a specific genetic disease, in vitro. They ar...
